Chicken Giniling with Green Peas

Ingredients

  • 2lbsground chicken
  • 115 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1large potatocut into small cubes
  • 1large carrotcut into small cubes
  • 1 1/2cupsfrozen green peas
  • 1medium yellow onionchopped
  • 2teaspoonsminced garlic
  • 1cupchicken broth
  • 2piecesdried bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2tablespoonscooking oil

Instructions

  • Heat the cooking oil in a wide pan.
  • 当油热时,爆香the garlic and onion until the onion softens.
  • Add the ground chicken. Cook for 5 minutes in medium heat.
  • Pour-in the tomato sauce and chicken broth. Let boil.
  • Add the dried bay leaves. Simmer for 35 minutes covered. Note: add water or chicken broth as needed.
  • Put-in the carrots and potato. Stir and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Add the green peas. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and turn-off heat
  • Transfer to a serving plate.
