Ingredients

  • 1lb.章鱼cleaned and sliced
  • 2tablespoonscooking oil
  • 2piecesmedium sized tomatoeschopped
  • 1large oniondiced
  • 2clovesgarlicminced

Instructions

  • 烹饪过程:
  • Heat a pan and pour-in the cooking oil
  • When the oil is hot enough; saute the garlic, onions, and tomatoes
  • 章鱼的清晰界线,cook until the natural juices from the octopus comes out (since octopus are already salty, there is no need to add salt)
  • After the juices starts to boil, simmer for a minute (do not overcook)
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
